How do I cancel an order on thewearstore.com ?
It is strongly recommended that you refer to our size charts when placing an order.
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please cancel it within 24 hours of placing an order before the shipment is created so that the cancellation can be processed smoothly and a full refund can be initiated.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated within 2 working days from the date of cancellation of order or after successful QC of returned product.
Replacement Policy
You can initiate the Replacement within 7 days of receiving your package.
You can opt-in for a replacement if you face any size issues within 7 days of receiving the product. Please go to ‘My Orders’ under ‘My Account’ page and submit the request for replacement specifying the reason for replacement. We would process the request and you would get a confirmation on the request raised within 48 hours of raising the Replacement Request.
- Pick up of order items within 2 working days post approval of the replacement request. No pickup on Sundays or Public holidays. Please repack the items in package received.
- The Replacement package will be Shipped out to you within 2 working days from the date of Return Pickup of your original product.
- Replacement Process Timeline: 4 days for the replacement product to be Shipped out to you from the date of Replacement Request.
NOTE: The product has to be in Unused condition with all Tags & packaging intact.
Return Policy
You can raise a Return request within 7 days post receiving the product. We will review and process the request within 48 hours. Post successful verification of the submitted request, we will initiate the pick-up and return.
- Pick up of order items within 2 working days. No pickup on Sundays or Public holidays. Please repack the items in package received.
- The Refunds will be given as Account within 48 hours from the date of Return Pick up.
- Return Process Timeline: 5 days for refund to reflect in your account from the date of Return request.
